Create your account, choose your role as a client, and complete your company onboarding. We review all client applications within 24 hours.
Explore our vetted roster of creative professionals. Filter by discipline, rate, location, and availability to find the right fit.
Describe your project in detail, scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget. The more detail you give, the better the match.
Your chosen creative reviews and accepts the brief. Once accepted, you pay the full booking amount via Ozow or PayFast. The platform fee is included in the total.
Once payment is confirmed, the project is marked Active in your workspace and work can begin. No work starts before payment.
Collaborate directly with your talent through the platform. All communication, updates, and deliverables are tracked in one place.
Once your talent submits deliverables, you have 24 hours to approve, request revisions, or raise a dispute. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the work is deemed accepted and payment is released automatically.
